Alpaca fibre is super durable and easy to care for. Garments and accessories will hold their shape and last for years with proper care. We recommend using a gentle detergent and hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle.
Take care of your alpaca products and they'll take care of you.
You’ll find that alpaca fibre is light but warm, and it will keep you toasty even on the coldest Canadian winter day. The wool also has incredible moisture wicking capability, which makes it perfect for socks. Alpaca socks keep your toes warm and dry year-round, so they’re ideal for hiking and sports.
Alpaca wool is as soft as cashmere, and comes in over 20 lush natural colours—from white to black, fawn to chestnut, and many gorgeous shades in between. Garments and accessories made with alpaca wool are lightweight, yet irresistibly warm and cozy.
Alpacas are light on the land. While grazing, they cut the grass instead of pulling it out by the roots. Their soft foot pads are gentle on the pasture, so they tread lightly as they graze. And since alpaca fibre doesn’t contain lanolin, it doesn’t need harsh detergents or chemicals during processing.
