Receiving your order

Shipping:

We offer national and international shipping. Please allow up to 5 days for order processing. You will receive email notifications when your order is received as well as when it is shipped.

Pick Up:

Year-round online order pick up is available at our Merrickville shop located at 318 St. Lawrence St. If you select in-store pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready to pick up. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24hrs.

The Ottawa Farmer's Market:

We offer pick-up at the Ottawa Farmer’s Market in January, February and December. When you choose pick-up at the Ottawa Farmer’s Market, we will email you when you order is ready for pick-up.
