Workshop Fee: $65.00
Gelli printing is great for mixed media, and backgrounds, to add texture, and can be embellished, cut, stitched, layered, collaged, stamped, and printed on a variety of substrates. Explore its potential on paper and fabrics using acrylics, other mediums, found objects, and mark-making tools. This 3 hour workshop is great for beginners or to get reacquainted with your gel plate. Some materials included.
Participants will receive a 10% discount on all regular priced crafting supplies the day of the the workshop.
You will need to bring:
- Gelli plate or Gel Press Plate (not speedball brand), any size
- variety of acrylic paints (some will be provided)
- a brayer
- a couple of rags or paper towels
- variety of papers and fabrics to print on (cotton is best)
- An apron or painting-friendly clothing
- a table covering to protect the table
