Mindful Art Journalling 2 Day Workshop
Description
In these uncertain times, it can be hard to stay focused on what really matters. In this workshop, we’ll create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your inner wisdom and creativity. We’ll start each day with a short meditation. You’ll get your own journal to fill with your thoughts, ideas, and dreams, using words, colours, and textures that bring you joy.
We’ll explore fun and relaxing art techniques, like mark-making and ways to use everyday items to create beautiful textures on your pages.
By the end of this workshop, I hope you’ll feel inspired and motivated to continue art journalling at home.

- Apron or an old shirt
- Your willingness to have fun in a quiet, meditative way
